Remember: for an original Bellini it has to be used white peaches juice and the Italian sparkling wine Prosecco only.
The drink was creted by mr. Giuseppe Cipriani at Harry's bar in Venice in 1948.
The name "Bellini" comes from an exibition of the Venice Renaissance painter Giovan Battista Bellini, named Giambellino, that took place in Venice in the same period. |
