The World Finals of the 11th Mattoni Grand Drink, the prestigious contest in the preparation of non-alcoholic drinks, took place in the spirit of the latest bartending trends, which is the backing away from sweet and sweet-and-sour flavours.

Last 21 October in Karlovy Vary was held the 10th Mattoni Grand Drink contest: we reached Mr. Mickael Perron, who won the contest with his "The Fresh Start" and asked him something about his profession.

What we need:
10 cl Mattoni
2 cl yoghurt cream mango & peach
4 cl strawberry extract
3 cl celery
5 cl pineapple extract
Preparation:
1. ICE IN THE GLASS AND SHAKER
2. YOURGURT FIRST THEN STRAWBERRY
3. THEN CELERY
4. FINALLY PEANAPPLE
5. SHAKER FOR 7 SECONDS
6. TAKE AWAY THE ICE WATER FROM THE GLASS
7. POUR IN THE COCKTAIL STANDARD GLASS FOR LONG DRINK
8. ADDITION THE MATTONI WATER
9. FINALLY ADD 2 "BALSAMIC VINEGAR" DROPS
10. MIX AND DECORATE
